Join Erica Cooley Faulk an Open Your Heart Circle at Sol Health Yoga on Saturday, January 13th from 1-2:30pm for a heart opening sound bath and circle. Erica will be guiding the circle through a Loving, Kindness/ Metta meditation and sound bath including crystal singing bowls and other sound therapy tools. It’s encouraged to bring a journal, blankets, pillows, yoga mat for your comfort. This sound bath is a donation based event with 100% of the donations going to student scholarships within the Sol Kula.
