Join Erica Cooley Faulk for a Mother’s Day Sound Bath and loving kindness meditation focused on sharing love with the maternal figures in each of the participants life. You can choose to float above the sound cradled by a silk hammock (provided) or you can bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket and accept the sound bath from your mat.
